8. Personal Information We Sold or Disclosed for a Business Purpose
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, in order to provide the Website’s design and visualization services, we share User-Uploaded Images (which may contain personal information, including photographs of identifiable individuals) with third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Google (Gemini), OpenRouter and OpenAI, solely for processing purposes as described in Section 7 above. This sharing is performed for the business purpose of providing services to you and does not constitute a “sale” of personal information under the CCPA or other applicable privacy laws.
9. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept
We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and/or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
- To show that we treated you fairly; or
- To keep records required by law.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information.
With respect to User-Uploaded Images, the Company processes such images transiently and does not permanently store them on its own servers. User-Uploaded Images are transmitted to third- party artificial intelligence service providers (currently Google (Gemini), OpenRouter and OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating design and visualization outputs. While the Company deletes User- Uploaded Images from its systems promptly after processing, these third-party providers may retain, cache, or otherwise store such images in accordance with their own data retention policies, which may differ from ours. The Company does not control the data retention practices of its third- party service providers with respect to such images. Users who wish to exercise their rights regarding the deletion of personal data held by these third-party providers should consult those providers’ privacy policies directly or contact us for assistance in making such requests.
10. Transferring Your Personal Information Out of the EEA
To deliver services to you, it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g.:
- With your and our service providers located outside the EEA;
- If you are based outside the EEA; or
- Where there is an international dimension to the services we are providing to you.

In particular, User-Uploaded Images are transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Google (Gemini), OpenRouter and OpenAI, whose servers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the EEA. These providers participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where personal data is transferred to a country that has not been assessed as providing an adequate level of protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
